Objective
Design an ending animation in a youthful, drawing-style fashion for Coach on a tight two day turnaround that resulted in a powerful, on-brand end product.

Creative Process
1. Concept Development: I began by analyzing the campaign’s visual direction and tone, then extrapolated its core design language into an animated concept that felt hand-drawn, expressive, and distinctly Coach. The goal was to create a smooth and cohesive end animation that would tie the entire campaign together.
2. Pre-Production: Collaborated with the internal creative team to align on narrative timing, frame transitions, and stylistic elements. Given the fast turnaround, I developed a streamlined workflow to ensure quick approvals and efficient asset creation.
3. Production: Executed the animation using a combination of frame-by-frame drawing techniques and motion design, preserving the hand-sketched feel while ensuring polish and brand alignment. Maintained close communication with stakeholders throughout to ensure all creative notes were implemented in real-time.
4. Post-Production & Editing: Refined timing, transitions, and visual pacing to ensure a seamless conclusion to the campaign video. Applied final color treatments and brand elements, then formatted and exported the assets to match the technical specifications of Coach’s delivery platforms.
5. Finalization & Delivery: Delivered high-quality animation files on schedule, with final versions optimized for both digital and social media use. The assets met all brand and creative standards and were immediately ready for deployment.
Results
The final animation was praised internally for its energy, clarity, and brand cohesion. It added a memorable, creative finish to the campaign and demonstrated the impact of nimble, high-quality motion design—even on an accelerated timeline.
Conclusion
By blending creativity with speed and precision, this project showcased my ability to deliver polished, on-brand motion design under tight deadlines. The animation added a distinct, youthful layer to the Coach campaign, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.
